The process from securing an offer between Landlord and Tenant - to the tenant moving in is often a tricky period.

In our experience, the tenant will be venturing into areas that are not their core focus for eg. designing and fitting out of offices which involves managing many relationships, contractors and expectations between landlord and tenant. 

We facilitate communication flow between the parties and project managers. The objective is key handover with the tenant excited to move in - on time, on budget and the foundation of a good relationship between Landlord and tenant having been established.
